A NEW DESTINATION

INTRODUCTION COURSE TO THE WISDOM OF THE BUDDHA

LEVEL SERIOUS BEGINNER

For anyone who already has a basic knowledge of Buddhism and who practices meditation daily for more than a year.

Recommended for anyone who has completed our The Travel Begins course.

“To accomplish the good of others, we must perfect ourselves, by purifying and transforming our minds. This is the aim of what we call ‘the preliminary practices’, which establish the foundations of all spiritual progress.” – Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche

We are reaching out to our new destination. We will engage in the study of classical texts within the living wisdom of Tibet, the literature known as the "Written Guides."

The content of the sessions addresses the general elements that are fundamental to a correct understanding of Buddhist values. These teachings are indispensable for following this spiritual path. They are often called the "preliminary practices" and can transform all the difficulties of life and death into The Path.

The course will be taught in English. The sessions last one hour and a half.
