BOOTCAMP EXPERIENCE

The Bootcamp Experience is designed for people who are really motivated and serious about practicing sitting meditation and not afraid of challenges. 

This is a simplified meditation retreat and training, adapted to your daily lifestyle. We have three options you can choose from.

A free intake is required before you can participate in this personal retreat.

The date, time and location are chosen in consultation with you. 

All our Bootcamp Experiences are taught in English by Sinsi. They are based on the meditative and contemplative techniques of the living wisdom of Tibet.

BOOTCAMP STYLE

You will meditate in your own environment for 80 hours over a period of 3 weeks and 3 days. You have a 2 hour session twice a week in which you will receive instructions and support (14 hours in total).

GRADUAL STYLE

You will meditate in your own environment for 80 hours over a period of 4 weeks. You have a 2 hour session twice a week in which you will receive instructions and support (16 hours in total). You will gradually build up your meditation sessions.

LAZY STYLE

You will meditate for 45 minutes a day in your own environment for a period of 13 weeks. You will have a 2 hour session once a week in which you will receive instructions and support (26 hours in total).

These sessions are not a substitute for therapy. Are you currently on treatment, on medication, or familiar with mental health issues? Then first ask your own doctor or therapist for permission to participate in our Bootcamp Experiences.
