Sinsi Ong is a meditation teacher with a passion for Tibetan Buddhism. He grew up in a Chinese family, and he worked for many years in the music industry.

Since 1996, after his first pilgrimage to India, he has started to study and practice meditation and Buddhism under the guidance of various teachers.

He received teachings from: Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche, Orgyen Tobgyal Rinpoche, Sogyal Rinpoche, Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hanh, and others…

From 2006 to 2019, Sinsi lived in a monastery as a lay practitioner and has undergone several intensive study, reflection and meditation training. He completed a traditional three-year retreat.

For the past 10 years, he is teaching meditation courses, workshops and seminars to people of every walk of life.

The activities of Munsel Meditation started in the Netherlands and now relocate in France.

Lama Yönten was born in Nyarong in the Kham region of Tibet. He became a monk at the age of 6 and studied at his local monastery Kelsang.

At the age of 16 he went to Larong Gar, the monastery of Khenpo Jikme Phuntsok, where he studied and finished his Shedra studies of Buddhist philosophy. He is currently based in France.

Lama Yönten is our guest teacher, and from time to time he contributes to the activities of Munsel Meditation with teachings and ceremonies.
